Daryl embarked on his journey with Agway in 1983 at the age of 17 while still a high school student. His passion for aviation was evident, and he pursued this interest by enrolling in college. During his breaks from studies, he worked at the Agway store in West Winfield, NY.

After earning his aviation maintenance degree, Daryl returned home to study business at SUNY Utica while maintaining his role at Agway to fund his education. In 1990, he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business and took on a managerial training role in Malone, NY. By January 1991, he had stepped into the manager's position at the Potsdam Agway.

In 2000, he and his wife Shelley became the proud owners of the business, continuing its success with the support of their dedicated team. Daryl’s and his employees’ goals have been to provide their customers with dependable, high-quality products accompanied with friendly customer service.
