Johns Manville Formaldehyde-free insulation is made with proven fiberglass technology and consists of recycled and renewable content including a new organic plant-based binder that has no formaldehyde, acrylics, or dyes added. It is for use in new or existing attic floor/ceiling applications. Kraft-facing serves as a vapor barrier to help manage moisture and includes tabs for easy stapling. Glass fiber will not settle, rot, mildew or deteriorate. It helps save energy and includes tabs for easy stapling to wood framing. Good sound absorption. Inorganic glass fiber will not rot, mildew or deteriorate. This product is GREENGUARD(TM) certified for superior indoor air quality.
