Feeding

Feed two to three times daily the amount your fish will completeley consume in a few minutes. Carnivorous fish may resist a new type of food when changing their diet, continued use will assure acceptance. For Axolotl feed once every 2-3 days, the amount completely consumed in a few minutes (once a week in winter).

For a 6" (15cm) Axolotl, we suggest Sinking Carnivore^® Pellets. Care should be taken to avoid over-feeding and always remove uneaten food after the feeding period to avoid health impacting water quality issues.

Ideal For: Most types of smaller freshwater carnivores, especially Axolotls, Baby Cats, Sharks, Eels, Bichirs and Stingrays.
