At the Potsdam Agway, we are working hard to provide you essential food and supplies for your pets and livestock and also your garden and agricultural needs. We know many of you rely on us for answers and products to keep your pets and livestock well fed and healthy and your gardens/produce thriving.
We all are now living in a scary and confusing time. A period that we’ve never imagined. So now is the time we all must do our part to prevent or slow the transmission of the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in the community that we all love.
With that being said, beginning Monday, March 23rd, we will initiate a “curb side” pick up service or “Ag-In-A-Bag” as we’ll call it. We instruct you to please call ahead from home or from your cell phone when you arrive. We will gladly process your order and bring it to the loading area for you. If you prefer shop within the store, the following guidelines apply:
- Max Occupancy is 8 customers
- Maintain 6ft distance between others
- Limit socializing with others or do it outside safely so others may get an opportunity to shop
- Credit card purchases preferred
Store staffing has also been reduced where possible, but we will remain operational to provide you the essential products and services you need and expect.
This new process of accommodating you will be one of a “learn as we go”, so please have patience as we try to do our best to maintain your loyalty while trying to be safe and healthy.
